Catering Services

Tony Packo’s Catering offers several options for different catering services, depending on your particular event and needs. We have four different service choices for you to consider from a quick Catering Delivery for 20 people or more, to options with staff and clean-up for larger groups or events that might call for Full Service.  Fees for delivery and labor are based on time and mileage for travel, setup and equipment options, and number of staff required to serve your location and group size. OPTION 1 – CATERING DELIVERY      

Tony Packo’s will help you determine the perfect menu for 20 people or more, and then deliver to your location just before you’re ready to serve your guests.

  • Our staff will arrive to help you set up your table 15-30 minutes prior to meal time.
  • Includes: Plates, bowls, napkins, flatware, and serving utensils. Disposable table cloths available.
  • Food is delivered in disposable catering pans, hot and ready to eat. All necessary condiments and toppings are packaged separately.
  • This option does not include chafing dishes or hot holding source of any kind.

OPTION 2 – CATERING DELIVERY WITH SETUP

Once you’ve decided on a menu, Tony Packo’s will help determine the equipment needed for us to deliver to your location and set up a self-serve buffet for you and any number of guests from 20 or more. 

  • Our staff will arrive about an hour ahead of time with everything we need to set up a self-serve buffet. You provide the tables or ample space for setup.
  • Includes: Disposable plates, bowls, napkins, and flatware. Linen and disposable table cloths are both available.
  • Food is delivered hot and ready to eat with all necessary condiments and toppings set up separately. Your buffet will stay hot for up to four hours.
  • We leave our equipment behind on loan and your guests serve themselves. You clean up and return the chafing dishes and stainless utensils the day following your event.

OPTION 3 – CATERING DELIVERY WITH FULL SERVICE

Complete service by Tony Packo’s professional catering team.  We handle every meticulous detail of food service for your event. We can provide as little or as much assistance as you need to serve groups as small as 30 or as large as 3,000. Our experience is 100% reliable and your experience is 100% guaranteed.

  • Our staff will arrive an hour or two ahead of time to set up a full-service buffet. We provide all equipment for setup with the exception of tables.
  • Includes: Disposable plates, bowls, napkins, and flatware. Linen table cloths are also provided upon request.
  • Food is delivered hot and ready for most events. With larger events of 500 people or more, a portable cooking setup may be necessary. Tony Packo’s would provide equipment if needed.
  • Full service staff will be available up to three hours throughout your event (this includes cleanup time).

OPTION 4 – CATERING PICK-UP

Tony Packo’s will help you determine the perfect group menu for 20 people or more. Pick-up service is not recommended for groups larger than 50 people; our delivery option would be the best choice in most situations.

  • Our staff will prepare your order and have everything ready for you to pick up at our Packo’s at the Park location (7 S. Superior St.).
  • Includes: Plates, bowls, napkins, flatware, and serving utensils. Disposable table cloths are available.
  • Food is prepared in disposable catering pans, hot and ready to eat. All necessary condiments and toppings are packaged separately.
  • Hot holding containers for transportation are available to rent.
